About
Joyce is a LA-based writer/director and cinematographer born and raised in Beijing. Coming from a background of design, her love of the arts in moving pictures as well as natural aesthetic taste in color and lighting as brought her to the cinematic track.
She has worked on shorts, feature films, commercials and music videos in LA, Seoul, Shanghai and Beijing. Seeing stories through a societal and cultural lens, Joyce believes that visual storytelling transcends language and culture barriers and delivers the most authentic emotions.
